1. Job Title : Sr.Functional Analyst (ISG) 2. Job Summary : The Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) will play a pivotal role in configuring and optimizing Labware LIMS systems to meet business needs. With 8 to 10 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts ensuring seamless integration and functionality of laboratory information management systems. Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Labware LIMS systems. - Design and implement configuration solutions that align with business objectives and enhance system performance. - Provide technical expertise in Labware LIMS to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to ensure clarity and consistency. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of configurations. - Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices to maximize system utilization. - Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all system configurations and operations. - Work closely with IT teams to integrate Labware LIMS with other enterprise systems seamlessly. - Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose solutions to improve functionality. - Support project teams in the implementation of new features and upgrades to the Labware LIMS system. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
