Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable and efficient product architectures using Sterling OMS to meet business requirements. - Customize Call Center Screens to add new screens or modify existing screens - Customize Order Hub Screens for fetching data from OMS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing systems and workflows. - Knowledge on Core Java XML Manipulation JUnit Framework and usage of GitHub Copilot for daily work activities. - Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout the development lifecycle. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability. 9.
