ポジション概要
バイリンガル保険業界向けビジネスアナリストとして、進行中の保険事務システム更改プロジェクトにおいて、ビジネスニーズを明確かつ実行可能な要件へ落とし込む役割を担っていただきます。ビジネスユーザー、開発チーム、テストチームと緊密に連携し、提供されるソリューションが当初の業務目的を満たすよう支援します。
主な業務内容
· クライアントのビジネスユーザーから業務要件を収集し、分析・整理する
· ビジネスニーズを機能要件、業務仕様書、その他のプロジェクト文書へ落とし込み、デリバリーチームへ共有する
· ビジネスユーザー、開発チーム、テストチーム間のコミュニケーションおよび課題解決を調整する
· テストシナリオおよびテスト計画を作成し、UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）の支援または実施、合意済み要件に対する成果物の検証を行う
· 現在のシステム更改プロジェクトの円滑な遂行を支援し、機会に応じて今後の業務システム施策にも貢献する
勤務形態
Cognizantでは、可能な限り柔軟な働き方を提供できるよう、ハイブリッドワークを推進しています。本ポジションは、東京都にあるクライアントオフィスへ週3～4日出社するハイブリッド勤務です。リモート勤務は、マネージャーの承認により週1～2日利用できる場合があります。

応募必須要件
· Business Analystとして3年以上の実務経験があり、要件収集、分析、ドキュメント作成の経験を有すること
· 保険業界に関する実務的な知識があり、保険業務部門のステークホルダーと効果的に連携できること
· ビジネスユーザーとの直接的なコミュニケーションおよび業務文書作成に必要な、日本語ネイティブレベルまたはJLPT N1相当の日本語力
· 会議への参加およびプロジェクト関係者との文書によるコミュニケーションに必要な、中級からビジネスレベルの英語力
· 学士号または同等以上の教育資格

· 保険事務システムまたはシステム更改プロジェクトの支援経験
· 業務仕様書を作成し、開発チームへ要件を説明した経験
· UATの計画、調整、または実施経験

About the role
As a Bilingual Insurance Business Analyst, you will make an impact by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for an ongoing insurance administration system upgrade. You will work closely with business users, development teams and testing teams to help ensure that delivered solutions meet the original business intent.
In this role, you will:
· Gather, analyze and clarify business requirements with insurance stakeholders, including underwriting, actuarial and claims teams.
· Translate business needs into functional requirements, business specifications and other project documentation for delivery teams.
· Coordinate communication and issue resolution across business users, development teams and testing teams.
· Develop test scenarios and plans, support or execute user acceptance testing, and validate deliverables against agreed requirements.
· Support the successful delivery of the current system upgrade and contribute to future business system initiatives as opportunities arise.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring three to four days a week at the client office in Tokyo. Remote work may be available one to two days per week, subject to manager approval.

What you must have to be considered
· At least three years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
· Practical knowledge of the insurance domain and the ability to work effectively with insurance business stakeholders.
· Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 proficiency for direct communication with business users and the preparation of business documentation.
· Intermediate to business-level English, with the ability to participate in meetings and communicate in writing with project stakeholders.
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
These will help you succeed
· Experience supporting insurance administration systems or system upgrade projects.
· Experience creating business specifications and explaining requirements to development teams.
· Hands-on experience planning, coordinating or executing user acceptance testing.
· Strong stakeholder coordination skills across business and technology teams.
· A structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving and documentation.
