Responsibilities
Design and enhance Aveva Plant based solutions that support complex engineering workflows and ensure accurate modeling of industrial assets and processes in enterprise environments.Develop and maintain reliable C sharp and Net components that integrate Aveva Plant with upstream and downstream business applications to enable seamless data flow and operational transparency.Conduct comprehensive integration testing and monitoring activities for plant applications and services to validate end to end interoperability and prevent system disruption in production.Implement resilient Azure services such as compute storage and monitoring capabilities to host plant applications and ensure high availability performance and scalability in hybrid environments.Create and refine automated test suites for Aveva Plant and related C sharp and Net services to improve regression coverage reduce manual effort and enhance release confidence.Analyze application logs and monitoring metrics across Azure and on premises systems to detect issues proactively and support timely remediation activities that minimize business impact.Collaborate closely with architects developers and operations teams to translate engineering requirements into practical technical designs and implementation approaches that align with organizational standards.Document solution designs integration patterns test results and operational procedures in clear and structured English to support knowledge sharing onboarding and long term maintainability.Support deployment preparation activities by validating configuration settings dependencies and connectivity for Aveva Plant and related services across hybrid infrastructures.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing incident trends performance data and user feedback to recommend targeted optimizations for plant applications and integration flows.Apply secure coding practices for C sharp and Net development while working with security and compliance stakeholders to meet organizational guidelines and protect sensitive operational data.Coordinate with cross functional teams during defect triage and release readiness reviews to prioritize remediation efforts and secure timely signoff for production deployments.Mentor junior team members on Aveva Plant concepts integration testing techniques and Azure monitoring capabilities to build collective expertise and strengthen team delivery quality.
Qualifications
Possess extensive hands on experience working with Aveva Plant in large scale industrial or engineering contexts with strong knowledge of project structures configuration and common integration scenarios.Demonstrate deep proficiency in C sharp and Net programming with the ability to design modular code optimize performance and troubleshoot complex application issues in production like settings.Show proven capability in integration testing and monitoring by defining test strategies test cases and success criteria that cover functional non functional and system interoperability aspects.Exhibit practical experience with Azure services relevant to application hosting and observability such as app services storage solutions monitoring tools and identity features.Communicate fluently in English across speaking reading and writing to engage stakeholders clarify requirements and produce precise technical documentation for global teams.Display strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capacity to interpret logs metrics and user scenarios and convert findings into actionable improvements for plant and integration solutions.Prefer prior exposure to hybrid work environments and distributed teams where coordination planning and self management are essential to meeting delivery expectations.
