Job Summary
· Senior Product Test Specialist with strong years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Enterprise Application Testing.
· Responsible for defining and executing end-to-end test strategies across functional, regression, integration, API, BI, and system testing.
· Designs and maintains automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, UFT, Cucumber/SpecFlow, and CI/CD tools to improve quality and delivery speed.
· Performs backend data validation, defect management, and enterprise application testing to ensure reliable and high-quality releases.
· Collaborates with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to validate requirements and drive quality outcomes.
· Mentors testing teams, promotes best practices, and supports Agile delivery of scalable, resilient, and customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
· Design and maintain manual and automated test cases using Selenium, UFT, Java, Cucumber/SpecFlow, and BDD frameworks.
· Develop and enhance scalable automation frameworks and API test suites for continuous delivery environments.
· Perform backend data validation using SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, and BI reporting platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Manage defect lifecycle activities using Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, and Zephyr, ensuring timely resolution and quality governance.
· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
· Execute Workday and enterprise application testing, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable system functionality.
· Implement and monitor CI/CD-enabled test execution pipelines using Jenkins and related testing tools.
· Prepare test reports, quality metrics, risk assessments, and release recommendations for stakeholders.
· Mentor junior testers, promote testing best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to high-quality product delivery across enterprise applications.
