Qualifications:
• +4 years of experience as Data Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks or AWS
• Familiarity with deploying applications and data workflows to cloud platforms.
• Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, Dash, or Streamlit.

Key Responsibilities
• Platforms Integration: integrate multiple laboratory and manufacturing systems like LIMS, OSI-PI, ELN, etc... to create a reusable and scalable CMC data infrastructure
• Data Aggregation & Pipeline Development: Develop and deploy efficient SQL queries and data pipelines for aggregation and transformation within cloud data platforms like Databricks.
• Gold Table Development: Build curated, trusted, and reusable gold tables from heterogeneous CMC data sources to enable reliable analytics, reporting, modeling, and decision-making.
• Visualization & Dashboarding Applications: Design and implement user-friendly visualization and dashboarding apps that translate complex process and analytical data into actionable scientific and business insights.
• Data Contextualization: Contextualize data across experiments, processes, samples, materials, methods, and metadata to improve traceability, interoperability, and downstream use in advanced analytics and modeling.
