Cognizant’s Apprenticeship program is a one-year paid learning experience designed to transition emerging professionals into a successful technology career. Apprentices are allocated dedicated time for learning and on-the-job training to develop their skills and gain understanding of Cognizant’s different service lines.
This modern technology program is suited for a variety of employment journeys, including:

Ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change into tech, we welcome diverse, ambitious people ready to dive into the world of emerging technologies. The following criteria are required to be considered for the program:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience with an associate degree or Military equivalency training
- Permanent work authorization in USA
Our apprenticeship program is a full-time paid employment opportunity with benefits and paid wage progression, including a structured technical learning program. Our internships are temporary paid experience integrating knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application on the job.
You will have the opportunity of migrating to a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program based on performance and client demand.
Focused onboarding months for apprentice positions are March, May and August.
