Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ISG Technical Lead for our ISG team with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Velocity 1.7 Webservices XML ANSI SQL and InsuranceNow along with domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities
- Develop and design product architecture solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and functionalities.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement best practices in software development to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Utilize expertise in Velocity 1.7 to create efficient and scalable product solutions.
- Leverage Webservices XML to facilitate seamless data exchange and communication between systems.
- Apply ANSI SQL skills to manage and manipulate data effectively within the product architecture.
- Integrate InsuranceNow functionalities to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of product features to ensure quality and functionality.
- Document architectural designs and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Data Analyst Certified SQL Developer
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until Sept 29 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 66,896 K -$ 153,000 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
