Job Summary

Sr Technology Architect role focused on designing and optimizing scalable B2C commerce and frontend solutions for global clients in industrial manufacturing and finance and accounting sectors using deep technical and domain expertise to deliver robust hybrid model day shift implementations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency while aligning with strategic business objectives and compliance standards.


Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive B2C commerce architectures that integrate robust frontend script solutions to deliver secure scalable and highly responsive digital customer experiences for industrial manufacturing and finance and accounting clients.
  • Translate complex business requirements from manufacturing and finance stakeholders into clear target architectures that streamline transactional flows reporting processes and digital self service journeys across B2C channels.
  • Guide end to end solution blueprinting for multi system B2C commerce environments ensuring smooth integration with enterprise resource planning finance platforms and industrial manufacturing execution systems.
  • Optimize frontend script implementations for performance accessibility and reliability by defining coding standards review practices and performance tuning approaches tailored to high volume consumer traffic.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts in hybrid work settings to refine user journeys and ensure that B2C commerce capabilities directly support revenue growth operational control and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Establish architectural guardrails and reference patterns that promote reuse security compliance and maintainability across multiple B2C projects in industrial manufacturing and finance and accounting domains.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks tools and cloud services for B2C frontend and commerce platforms with a focus on scalability cost effectiveness data protection and regulatory alignment.
  • Provide detailed technical guidance to development and quality engineering teams on implementing complex pricing catalog promotions order management and payment flows for diverse industrial products and financial services.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments for new and existing B2C solutions identifying performance bottlenecks security gaps and data integrity issues and defining clear remediation actions.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure stable day shift deployment pipelines automated testing and monitoring of B2C commerce and frontend components across hybrid work environments.
  • Document solution architectures integration contracts and operational runbooks in a clear and maintainable format enabling smooth handover to support teams and long term platform sustainability.
  • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing usage metrics incident trends and stakeholder feedback to propose architectural enhancements that improve throughput reliability and customer engagement.
  • Mentor technical teams in advanced B2C frontend script practices and domain specific patterns for industrial manufacturing and finance and accounting reinforcing strong engineering discipline and solution quality.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong hands on experience designing and implementing B2C commerce solutions including catalog management order flows pricing models and secure payment integrations for complex enterprise clients.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in B2C frontend script technologies to build responsive user interfaces implement dynamic content behaviors and ensure cross browser compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Bring deep domain understanding in industrial manufacturing including product configuration supply chain visibility and service workflows to align digital commerce capabilities with factory and field operations.
  • Utilize solid domain knowledge in finance and accounting such as invoicing taxation reconciliation and reporting processes to ensure that B2C commerce flows respect financial controls and compliance expectations.
  • Exhibit proven experience in hybrid work models coordinating onsite and remote collaboration using structured communication methods and documentation to maintain architectural coherence.
  • Show strong ability to work effectively in day shift operations managing dependencies with cross functional teams and aligning solution delivery with business hours of global stakeholders.
  • Possess eight to ten years of progressive technology experience in architecture design and implementation across B2C commerce and frontend solutions with measurable impact on business outcomes.
  • Display familiarity with common integration patterns for connecting B2C platforms to enterprise resource planning finance systems and manufacturing execution tools using industry standard protocols and services.
  • Maintain working knowledge of security and compliance practices relevant to consumer digital channels including data privacy transaction integrity and secure session management across regions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in performance engineering techniques for frontend and commerce layers such as caching optimization payload reduction and efficient data access strategies under high traffic conditions.
  • Show capability to produce clear architecture documentation solution diagrams and implementation guidelines that can be readily understood by technical teams and non technical stakeholders.


Certifications Required

Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Certification or equivalent B2C commerce platform architect credential.
