How I relaunched my career to new heights

As a young mother, I decided to take an extended career break to care for my son, Dhruv. I came to a crossroads where I felt like I had to choose between focusing on motherhood or advancing my career. 

That’s until I discovered Cognizant’s Returnship Program, a program for professionals like me who are eager to make an impact after a career break. Today, I proudly lead a team that creates mobile solutions that make lives more meaningful and intuitive—while also being present for Dhruv and my loved ones.
