About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday Prism Analytics team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting analytics solutions that empower organizations with actionable insights. This role involves building scalable data pipelines, integrating external data sources, and delivering advanced reporting capabilities within Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics datasets, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Integrate external data sources with Workday to enable advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Prism Analytics models.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Document analytics processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics (data pipelines, datasets, dashboards).
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
