Job summary
The Business Manager will oversee the strategic execution of programs related to Cards and Payment systems ensuring seamless delivery management and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires expertise in vendor management and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes. The position operates in a hybrid work model with no travel required focusing on day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of programs related to Cards and Payment systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee delivery management processes to guarantee timely and efficient program completion.
- Provide guidance in managing key stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate vendor management activities to optimize partnerships and enhance service delivery.
- Implement effective program management practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Monitor program execution to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate resource management to allocate personnel effectively and maximize productivity.
- Develop strategies to enhance program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate program objectives and achieve collective success.
- Analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
- Communicate program progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders regularly.
- Utilize technical expertise in Cards and Payment systems to innovate and improve program offerings.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Cards and Payment systems demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices.
- Have a proven track record in delivery management showcasing the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
- Demonstrate strong skills in stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Exhibit proficiency in vendor management ensuring optimal service delivery and partnership outcomes.
- Show expertise in program management with a focus on execution and resource allocation.
- Display excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- Hold a bachelors degree in business administration finance or a related field with advanced certifications preferred.
Certifications Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
