Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and optimization of Veeva RIM Submission processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Oversee the integration of Veeva systems with existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide expert guidance on Veeva RIM functionalities to support submission teams in achieving their objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in submission processes and implement solutions. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of Veeva RIM systems to ensure they meet organizational needs. - Develop and maintain documentation related to Veeva RIM processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. - Coordinate with IT and regulatory teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Veeva systems. - Ensure that all submission activities are aligned with the companys strategic goals and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and use of Veeva RIM systems. - Analyze submission data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. - Support the development of strategies to streamline submission workflows and reduce turnaround times. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into process enhancements. - Drive initiatives to improve the accuracy and completeness of submission documentation. Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of Veeva RIM systems and their application in regulatory submissions. - Demonstrate expertise in managing and optimizing submission workflows within a hybrid work model. - Have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system-related issues. - Show proficiency in developing and maintaining process documentation for knowledge sharing. - Display strong analytical skills to evaluate submission data and identify improvement opportunities. - Have experience in facilitating training sessions and knowledge transfer activities. - Demonstrate the ability to drive initiatives that enhance submission accuracy and efficiency. 9.
