Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and optimization of Veeva RIM Submission processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Oversee the integration of Veeva systems with existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide expert guidance on Veeva RIM functionalities to support submission teams in achieving their objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in submission processes and implement solutions. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of Veeva RIM systems to ensure they meet organizational needs. - Develop and maintain documentation related to Veeva RIM processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. - Coordinate with IT and regulatory teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Veeva systems. - Ensure that all submission activities are aligned with the companys strategic goals and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and use of Veeva RIM systems. - Analyze submission data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. - Support the development of strategies to streamline submission workflows and reduce turnaround times. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into process enhancements. - Drive initiatives to improve the accuracy and completeness of submission documentation.
