Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations. - Implement and maintain Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions to optimize retail operations and improve customer experiences. - Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment processes ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. - Design and develop applications using Java 8 and Spring Framework to support business needs and improve system performance. - Manage Oracle Database technologies to ensure data integrity security and availability for critical business applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS systems ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards. - Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users and facilitate smooth system adoption. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance functionality and user experience. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and system management. - Participate in project planning and execution to deliver solutions on time and within budget. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Jenkins for managing continuous integration and deployment processes. - Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions to enhance retail operations. - Have a solid understanding of Oracle Database technologies and concepts for effective data management. - Show advanced skills in Java 8 and Spring Framework for application development. - Exhibit knowledge of POS Basics to support system functionality and user experience. - Experience with J2EE for developing robust enterprise applications. 9.
