Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Xray Test Management Web App SQL and Postman with a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation and management of Xray Test Management tools to streamline testing processes.
- Provide expertise in SQL to validate data integrity and support backend testing.
- Utilize Postman for API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver optimal testing solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the application.
- Identify document and track defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects to prevent recurrence and improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
- Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders providing insights and recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Adapt to the hybrid work model effectively managing time and resources across remote and in-office settings.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering reliable software solutions that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Xray Test Management Web App SQL and Postman.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Payer domain and its specific testing requirements.
- Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken to facilitate clear communication.
- Have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Show proficiency in developing and executing detailed test plans and cases.
- Display the ability to mentor and guide team members in testing best practices.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager
