Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Time Management Quality Management Scope Management Risk Management Stakeholder Management and Budgeting. Proficiency in MS Project is essential. Experience in Research and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
- Oversee the execution of projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide guidance on project quality management to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Monitor project budgets closely to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Utilize MS Project to track project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication among project team members to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate for future reference and audits.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Project Time Management Quality Management and Scope Management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Project for effective project tracking and management.
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills to maintain strong relationships.
- Have a solid understanding of project budgeting and financial management.
- Experience in Research and Development is highly desirable.
- Show expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks effectively.
- Display strong analytical skills to assess project performance and implement improvements.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification PRINCE2 Practitioner
