Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as a Pega Developer. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to start their career in low-code development and business process management (BPM), gaining hands-on experience with the Pega platform.

You will work alongside experienced professionals to design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC)
  • Assist in configuring workflows, business rules, case management, and decisioning solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, and QA) to understand requirements
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining Pega applications
  • Contribute to documentation, technical design, and best practices
  • Learn and apply Pega frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
  • Ensure solutions follow quality, performance, and security standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (Java is a plus)
  • Interest in low-code platforms, BPM, and digital transformation technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and obtain Pega certifications (e.g., CSA – Certified System Architect)
  • Proficency level of English & Spanish
  • Valladolid-based or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Academic or internship experience in software development
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of APIs or integration concepts
