Job Summary

The Product Specialist(T) role focuses on leveraging expertise in TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem to deliver innovative solutions for manufacturing and supply chain processes. With a hybrid work model and day shift the candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem.
  • Develop configure and maintain Trackwise On-prem systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions to enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing and supply chain domains.
  • Provide technical expertise in TW-Basic Config to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance overall productivity.
  • Document technical processes configurations and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with existing systems to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

  • Possess strong expertise in TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem with hands-on experience in system configuration and optimization.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes with the ability to apply technical solutions to enhance operations.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging technologies relevant to the role.
