Job Summary
The Product Specialist(T) role focuses on leveraging expertise in TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem to deliver innovative solutions for manufacturing and supply chain processes. With a hybrid work model and day shift the candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless integration of technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using TW-Basic Config Generative AI and Trackwise On-prem.Develop configure and maintain Trackwise On-prem systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.Implement Generative AI solutions to enhance decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing and supply chain domains.Provide technical expertise in TW-Basic Config to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards.Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance overall productivity.Document technical processes configurations and solutions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented systems and solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain operations.Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with existing systems to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions.Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
