Job Summary
The Infra Architect role involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions ensuring seamless remote desktop support and optimizing systems for efficiency. The candidate will contribute to the companys growth by leveraging technical expertise in hybrid work environments and domain knowledge in Cards & Payments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Provide expert-level remote desktop support to ensure smooth operations and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify infrastructure requirements and develop scalable solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks to maintain optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs processes and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices to safeguard company assets and data.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Support hybrid work models by ensuring seamless connectivity and accessibility for remote teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to manage infrastructure-related projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on infrastructure tools and technologies to enhance their proficiency.
- Optimize infrastructure costs by identifying opportunities for resource consolidation and efficient utilization.
- Collaborate with domain experts in Cards & Payments to ensure infrastructure solutions meet specific industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in remote desktop support with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions for hybrid work environments.
- Exhibit knowledge of security protocols and best practices to ensure data protection and compliance.
- Have experience in monitoring and optimizing system performance to achieve operational excellence.
- Show ability to document processes and create comprehensive troubleshooting guidelines for team use.
- Display familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in infrastructure enhancement.
- Possess domain knowledge in Cards & Payments which is considered a valuable asset for this role.
- Showcase effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors seamlessly.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and address infrastructure bottlenecks proactively.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to provide training and guidance to team members effectively.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a maximum of 13 years preferred.
- Show adaptability to hybrid work models and the ability to support remote teams efficiently.
