Responsibilities
Design and implement robust cloud architectures that align with enterprise standards while supporting integration of Cisco Call Manager RedHat Decision Manager and core business applications to deliver resilient and scalable services that enable sustainable growth in a hybrid work environment.Drive adoption of IT service management practices based on ITIL by defining processes for incident problem change and configuration management that strengthen service reliability reduce unplanned downtime and improve transparency for partner teams across the organization.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and shell scripting to handle provisioning configuration and monitoring tasks that reduce manual work improve consistency and accelerate delivery of cloud based solutions for internal and external stakeholders.Perform in depth troubleshooting of complex issues spanning cloud resources networking components voice infrastructure and application services by using systematic analysis log review and diagnostic tools to restore service quickly and prevent recurring problems.Design and review networking topologies for cloud connectivity including virtual networks subnets routing rules and security controls to ensure high availability strong protection of data and predictable performance for critical workloads accessed across multiple locations.Configure and optimize Cisco Call Manager environments that integrate with cloud hosted applications and collaboration tools focusing on call quality capacity planning dial plan design and security policies to support reliable enterprise communication services.Configure and operationalize RedHat Decision Manager based solutions including rule design deployment pipelines and integration patterns to support data driven decision automation that improves business agility and consistency across digital services.Collaborate closely with application infrastructure security and operations teams to define technical standards share knowledge and coordinate changes so that cloud services remain aligned with compliance requirements cost targets and evolving product roadmaps.Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional validation performance evaluation resilience checks and failover exercises to verify that new or updated cloud solutions meet quality targets before release into production environments.Develop observability standards by defining logging metrics and tracing approaches for cloud resources voice platforms and decision services enabling proactive detection of anomalies and data driven optimization of user experience and operational health.Produce detailed architecture documentation runbooks and configuration guides that clearly describe environment design dependencies and operational steps making it easier for support teams to operate services confidently during day shifts and planned maintenance.Optimize cloud resource usage and associated costs by reviewing consumption patterns right sizing workloads and proposing architecture improvements thereby supporting financial efficiency while maintaining performance commitments for business critical services.Advise stakeholders on cloud adoption strategies migration plans and technology selections by translating technical options into clear tradeoffs that support organizational goals around resilience sustainability regulatory alignment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Require professional experience of at least ten years in progressive cloud architecture or infrastructure engineering roles with substantial exposure to design deployment and operations of complex enterprise platforms.Require strong practical knowledge of ITIL processes with demonstrated application of incident problem and change management in production environments to maintain stability and structured service improvement.Require deep hands on experience in Python programming and shell scripting for automation of infrastructure tasks data processing and integration workflows that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.Require proven expertise in troubleshooting and testing across multiple layers including operating systems networks application services and communication platforms with an emphasis on root cause analysis and long term remediation.Require solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP IP DNS routing firewalls load balancing and VPN technologies along with experience configuring these capabilities in cloud native and hybrid scenarios.Require practical experience managing or integrating Cisco Call Manager deployments in enterprise environments including administration upgrades and configuration for secure and reliable voice services.Require exposure to RedHat Decision Manager or similar business rule management systems including development and deployment of decision logic tha
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation Cisco CCNP Collaboration and Red Hat Certified Specialist in Decision Management or equivalent cloud architecture credentials.
