Job Summary

SAP content server implementation

This hybrid role is for a Lead Administrator with seven to nine years of experience in managing complex SAP landscapes on Azure using generative AI capabilities. The role focuses on SAP technical upgrades SAP BTP and HANA database administration and core SAP Basis operations while supporting sales planning and execution processes. The professional will ensure stable secure and scalable platforms that enable business growth in a sustainable manner.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end SAP Basis administration activities for multiple landscapes to ensure stable and secure operations for mission critical business processes in a hybrid work model
  • Oversee SAP on Azure environments by coordinating system deployments capacity planning and cost optimization to provide resilient and efficient cloud hosting for enterprise applications
  • Perform SAP technical upgrades and enhancement pack implementations by planning cutover activities coordinating with stakeholders and validating outcomes to maintain compliant and supported systems
  • Administer SAP BTP environments by configuring subaccounts managing entitlements and monitoring services to enable reliable delivery of innovative extensions and integrations
  • Administer SAP HANA databases by managing tenant landscapes performing backups and optimizing memory and disk usage to maintain high performance transactional and analytical workloads
  • Apply generative AI techniques to automate routine administration tasks generate system health insights and propose remediation actions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Monitor system performance using enterprise tools create detailed reports and implement tuning measures to maintain reliable response times and consistent user experience for business teams
  • Collaborate closely with sales planning and execution stakeholders to understand demand patterns translate them into capacity requirements and ensure system readiness for peak business events
  • Coordinate with application functional and integration teams to plan maintenance windows manage incident resolution and reduce downtime for critical sales planning solutions
  • Implement robust transport management processes across development quality and production systems to reduce deployment failures and support predictable release cycles
  • Establish and maintain security configurations including roles authorizations and connectivity controls to protect sensitive commercial data and comply with internal governance standards
  • Document operational procedures configuration baselines and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge sharing and consistent execution within the wider operations team
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing incidents recurring problems and performance trends to propose practical enhancements that support organizational goals and societal impact through reliable digital services


Qualifications

  • Possess seven to nine years of hands on experience in SAP Basis administration with strong exposure to large scale enterprise landscapes and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Apply proven expertise in managing SAP on Azure environments including virtual machine sizing storage design and connectivity to deliver stable platforms for core business functions
  • Demonstrate practical experience with generative AI tools and frameworks to support automation analytics and intelligent recommendations within technology operations
  • Show advanced skills in SAP HANA database administration including backup and recovery performance tuning and multi tenant configuration for both transactional and analytical systems
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in SAP technical upgrades support package stacks and maintenance planning while coordinating with multiple technical and business teams
  • Bring in depth knowledge of SAP BTP administration including user management service configuration and connectivity to on premises and cloud systems
  • Use solid experience in SAP Basis monitoring and troubleshooting to handle complex incidents perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence for critical enterprise applications
  • Show domain understanding of sales planning and execution processes and translate process needs into reliable technical configurations capacity plans and performance baselines
  • Demonstrate clear communication skills in collaborative environments by working with cross functional teams and external partners to deliver stable outcomes within agreed timelines
  • Display familiarity with hybrid working practices including remote collaboration secure access methods and coordination across distributed teams while maintaining consistent service quality
  • Prefer exposure to scripting and automation tools used for system administration to further improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks
