SAP_SAP PM Consultant
Drive design and optimization of enterprise maintenance and store operations solutions as a Functional Architect with deep hands on expertise in Generative AI and S4 HANA maintenance processes. Apply domain experience in store operations and sales planning to shape scalable hybrid work model solutions that enhance operational reliability improve sales execution and support continuous process innovation for a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Design end to end functional solutions for S4 HANA work orders and related maintenance processes that optimize asset uptime and operational efficiency for global business units.
- Develop detailed functional specifications for S4 HANA work clearance management that ensure safe maintenance execution and compliance with internal operational standards.
- Configure and refine S4 HANA corrective maintenance processes to minimize equipment downtime while providing clear traceability of issue resolution and cost impact.
- Implement robust S4 HANA control and cost settlement designs that provide transparent tracking of maintenance spend and support accurate financial reporting.
- Optimize S4 HANA breakdown maintenance flows to enable rapid incident logging prioritization and resolution while maintaining data quality and service continuity.
- Apply Generative AI techniques to design intelligent maintenance assistants that support technicians and planners with recommendations summaries and knowledge retrieval.
- Collaborate with store operations stakeholders to map operational scenarios into S4 HANA configurations that support efficient store level maintenance and inventory coordination.
- Translate sales planning and execution requirements into integrated functional designs that align maintenance availability with promotional and demand driven activities.
- Create process documentation configuration workbooks and test scenarios that clearly explain solution behavior to cross functional teams in a hybrid work model.
- Partner with development teams to validate functional designs review technical specifications and ensure that custom enhancements follow best practice standards.
- Guide business testers during system integration testing and user acceptance testing by preparing test cases defect triage approaches and cutover readiness activities.
- Monitor production usage of maintenance and store processes analyze issues and recommend continuous improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with change management and training teams to ensure that new functional capabilities are adopted effectively across distributed user communities.
Qualifications
- Combine ten to fourteen years of experience in enterprise applications with demonstrated depth in S4 HANA work orders work clearance management and corrective maintenance.
- Apply hands on experience in S4 HANA control and cost settlement along with breakdown maintenance to design integrated finance aware maintenance solutions.
- Demonstrate strong practical exposure to Generative AI use cases in maintenance analytics or operations optimization within large scale enterprise environments.
- Bring solid domain understanding of store operations including replenishment stock handling and in store service processes that interact with maintenance functions.
- Use proven experience in sales planning and execution to align maintenance availability with revenue generating activities and customer facing initiatives.
- Leverage prior background in hybrid delivery models to collaborate effectively with distributed teams business partners and technical specialists.
- Exhibit strong skills in requirements analysis process modeling and fit gap assessment for complex S4 HANA deployments in multinational contexts.
- Show proficiency in preparing functional documentation user guidance and training content that supports smooth adoption by maintenance and store operations teams.
- Display familiarity with integration patterns between S4 HANA analytics platforms and workforce management tools that support operations planning.
