Job Summary

Serve as Lead Infra Architect within a global hybrid work model designing and optimizing scalable infrastructure that supports Salesforce platforms managed sales and returns processes and Service Now based service operations. Apply 16 to 18 years of experience to deliver resilient secure and efficient solutions that empower business teams elevate customer experiences and drive measurable enterprise value across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain end to end infrastructure architectures that reliably support Salesforce applications and related integration services across hybrid environments
  • Develop detailed infrastructure blueprints that align with business processes for managing sales and returns while ensuring high availability and operational resilience
  • Oversee environment capacity planning to ensure Salesforce and Service Now platforms scale smoothly with user growth and transaction volumes
  • Provide technical guidance on infrastructure patterns that improve performance of Salesforce workflows and sales order processing journeys
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to translate business scenarios for sales and returns into robust infrastructure requirements and implementation plans
  • Implement standardized configuration baselines for servers storage and network components that host Salesforce integration layers and service tools
  • Optimize incident and request handling workflows in Service Now by designing efficient infrastructure integrations and data flows
  • Define backup recovery and continuity strategies for all critical infrastructure supporting Salesforce and core commercial processes to minimize downtime risk
  • Review and validate infrastructure security controls to protect customer data sales information and service records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Create detailed design documentation diagrams and runbooks that describe infrastructure components used by Salesforce and Service Now solutions
  • Collaborate with application architects and product teams to evaluate new Salesforce features from an infrastructure readiness perspective and propose rollout strategies
  • Mentor implementation teams on infrastructure automation techniques that streamline deployment of Salesforce related services and reduce configuration drift
  • Monitor infrastructure health metrics and proactively drive tuning initiatives that reduce incidents and improve user experience across sales and service channels
  • Coordinate vendor and internal platform teams to evaluate new tools and infrastructure enhancements that strengthen support for managed returns and service case resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on simplifying infrastructure complexity while maintaining robust support for existing Salesforce and Service Now capabilities


Qualifications

  • Apply extensive experience in Salesforce environments to design infrastructure that supports complex customizations workflows and integration scenarios
  • Use strong understanding of sales and returns management processes to shape infrastructure choices that handle high volume transactions and peak season loads
  • Employ solid knowledge of Service Now to define infrastructure requirements that ensure responsive service catalogs incident modules and configuration databases
  • Leverage more than sixteen years of enterprise infrastructure experience spanning networking compute storage and virtualization to build highly reliable platforms
  • Demonstrate skill with hybrid work models by designing secure remote access connectivity and collaboration friendly infrastructure patterns for distributed teams
  • Utilize proven background in performance tuning and capacity planning to forecast infrastructure needs and prevent bottlenecks in sales and service operations
  • Apply experience with monitoring tools and observability practices to design dashboards that provide clear insights into health and performance of Salesforce and Service Now infrastructures


Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred Service Now Certified System Administrator or equivalent also valued
