Responsibilities : -Support sales teams by preparing accurate sales trackers and status reports using advanced features in MS Excel to enable timely decisions on pipeline and revenue forecasts. -Maintain structured customer and opportunity data in shared workbooks to ensure that all sales stakeholders access reliable and consistent information during hybrid work arrangements. -Generate daily weekly and monthly sales summaries in Excel that highlight trends gaps and opportunities so that account teams can focus efforts on the most promising prospects. -Coordinate with internal operations and finance contacts through virtual and in office interactions to validate price details and discount structures captured in Excel based quotations. -Prepare clean and well formatted Excel based proposals and itemized lists that sales professionals can easily adapt for customer meetings conducted during day shifts. -Respond to internal requests for data pulls and basic analytics by creating filters pivot style summaries and simple formulas that improve visibility into sales performance. -Update shared sales dashboards and progress logs in Excel after each key customer interaction so that the wider team has near real time insight into deal status. -Track order processing milestones and delivery confirmations in Excel sheets to support smooth post sale coordination and prompt resolution of minor discrepancies. -Support documentation of customer communication history in structured Excel logs to help teams maintain continuity in follow ups and service responses. -Collaborate with colleagues to test and refine Excel templates used for recurring sales reports to improve clarity reduce manual effort and minimize data errors. -Assist with basic data quality checks by comparing Excel records against source systems to identify missing fields inconsistent values or outdated entries. -Respond to day shift inquiries from cross functional partners regarding numbers listed in Excel reports by validating formulas and cell references in a methodical manner. -Align personal work planning with hybrid work policies by organizing Excel based task lists and priority trackers that support an efficient mix of on site and remote collaboration. Qualifications -Use foundational knowledge of MS Excel to create structured tables with appropriate formatting so that sales and support stakeholders can quickly interpret key values. -Apply entry level skills with formulas such as sum and average to support basic numerical analysis for sales volumes revenue and discount impact. -Develop familiarity with more advanced Excel capabilities like lookups and conditional logic to progressively handle more complex reporting requests. -Demonstrate awareness of mobile network concepts related to 3G where applicable to better understand product context and customer questions in telecom oriented accounts. -Communicate clearly in written and spoken form while sharing Excel outputs so that cross functional partners and sales teams interpret insights consistently. -Adapt quickly to new tools that integrate with Excel based workflows while maintaining accuracy especially when working independently during hybrid office and home days. -Exhibit strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude when validating numbers and resolving data issues to maintain trust in the sales reporting process. 9.
