Job Description
Define product vision and roadmap by aligning business needs with technical capabilities and ITRAC program goals
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams ensuring clear translation of requirements into technical deliverables
Lead endtoend product lifecycle from requirements gathering to release and continuous improvement
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable highquality solutions within Agile frameworks
Ensure product solutions meet performance scalability and technical feasibility standards
Primary Mandatory Skill Set
Strong experience in Product Management Technical Product Management
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Strong technical background APIs data platforms cloud system integration concepts
Experience in stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
Secondary Desired Skill Set
Experience in ITRAC Telecom domain ATT ecosystem preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS
Knowledge of data platforms APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with AIML datadriven product features
Experience with product analytics and KPI tracking
Roles Responsibilities
Define product vision roadmap and backlog aligned to business objectives
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical user stories
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
Manage sprint planning backlog grooming and release planning in Agile setup
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure business value realization
Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics
Ensure alignment between product delivery architecture and enterprise standards
Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated decisions and communication
