Job Summary

Sr Consultant role within a global IT consulting organization focused on delivering strategic technology solutions and advisory services to enterprise clients in a hybrid work model requiring 8 to 10 years of hands on consulting experience and strong domain expertise in IT consulting to drive measurable business outcomes and support long term digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex IT consulting engagements by analyzing client business challenges and proposing practical technology solutions that create measurable value for clients and the organization as a whole.
• Manage end to end consulting assignments by gathering requirements defining scope planning activities and ensuring timely delivery of high quality deliverables in alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements that guide solution design and implementation activities.
• Develop detailed process maps operating models and technology roadmaps that help clients modernize their IT landscape while maintaining stability scalability and alignment with strategic goals.
• Perform rigorous assessments of client IT environments by reviewing applications infrastructure security practices and operating processes to identify gaps risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Create well structured consulting artifacts including presentations reports and proposals that clearly communicate findings options recommendations and the business impact of proposed solutions.
• Guide implementation teams by providing clarified requirements reviewing design decisions and validating that delivered solutions remain consistent with the original consulting vision and client business case.
• Engage in continuous stakeholder communication by providing status updates managing expectations and addressing issues in a transparent and professional manner that builds trust and long term relationships.
• Apply industry leading practices in IT consulting to design pragmatic solutions that balance innovation cost efficiency security and operational feasibility specific to each client context.
• Drive quality assurance activities by reviewing deliverables validating assumptions and ensuring that consulting outcomes align with contractual commitments and internal quality frameworks.
• Mentor junior consulting team members by sharing domain knowledge in IT consulting offering structured feedback and supporting their professional development in project assignments.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development by documenting case studies reusable frameworks and consulting tools that can be leveraged across future engagements and industries.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals estimation and solution narratives that clearly articulate value propositions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Possess 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in IT consulting with a strong track record of delivering complex technology advisory or transformation engagements for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of consulting frameworks requirement analysis techniques process mapping methods and technology roadmapping practices relevant to modern IT organizations.
• Show proficiency in analyzing enterprise applications infrastructure components and integration patterns with the ability to recommend efficient and secure modernization approaches.
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms to diverse stakeholder groups at various organizational levels.
• Apply structured problem solving skills using data driven methods and critical thinking to evaluate options quantify benefits and prioritize recommendations that maximize client outcomes.
• Utilize experience with hybrid work models and collaborative tools to coordinate distributed teams manage client workshops remotely and maintain productivity across locations.
• Bring familiarity with agile or iterative delivery approaches to ensure that consulting recommendations are practically implementable and can evolve with client needs over time.
• Maintain awareness of emerging digital technologies such as cloud platforms automation solutions and analytics tools while assessing their relevance and risk in client specific contexts.
• Hold a bachelors degree in engineering computer science information technology or a related discipline while any advanced degree in management or technology is considered a strong advantage.
• Display strong stakeholder management abilities with experience handling senior client sponsors cross functional teams and external partners in multi vendor environments.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by pursuing relevant training certifications and internal enablement programs aligned with evolving IT consulting practices.
• Bring experience in creating and reviewing documentation including business cases solution outlines functional specifications and transition plans that support long term sustainability.
