Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Test Lead with 9 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Automation DevOps Python Appium Ansible Shell Script Manual Testing and GIT. Experience in Customer Premises Equipment is a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct both Test Automation and Manual Testing to validate software performance and reliability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Integrate DevOps practices to streamline testing processes and improve delivery timelines.
- Use Python to create robust test scripts and enhance testing frameworks.
- Leverage Appium for mobile application testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Utilize GIT for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
- Implement Shell Scripts to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency.
- Apply Ansible for configuration management and deployment automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.

Compensation & Benefits
$104,000– $130,000 per year + Cost of Living Allowance
