About the role
- Lead end-to-end functional workstreams for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Agentforce implementations.
- Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications while driving backlog prioritization and Agile delivery.
- Design and optimize patient support program processes, including patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, patient assistance programs, case management, care coordination, adverse event reporting, consent management, and patient communications.
- Serve as the functional lead across distributed global delivery teams, ensuring requirement traceability, delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and successful deployment outcomes.

What you need to have to be considered
- 12-15 years of Life Sciences industry, Salesforce consulting, functional analysis, or business analysis experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or healthcare-related Salesforce solutions.
- Proven experience delivering Patient Services or Patient Support Program implementations and independently leading client-facing discovery, requirements, and functional design workstreams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Agentforce, and core Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models and coordinating onsite, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech patient support programs, patient onboarding, hub services, case management, and care coordination processes.
- Excellent facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop leadership skills.

- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Accreditation or Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Hands-on Agentforce implementation experience and experience driving AI-assisted patient service operations.
- Experience with integrations involving patient service platforms, call centers, specialty pharmacy workflows, and healthcare ecosystems.
- Exposure to Data Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, omnichannel patient engagement solutions, and AI-enabled Salesforce implementations.
- Experience working with Canadian pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
