About the role

As a Sr Consulting Manager, Sales & Incentive Compensation Analytics, you will make an impact by leading day-to-day delivery on client engagements involving incentive compensation (IC) design, administration analytics, and sales force effectiveness. • Conduct analyses of sales trends, territory-level performance, and rep-level productivity to identify risks, opportunities, and outliers for clients, and support IC plan design, goal-setting, and quota-setting workstreams with data-driven recommendations and scenario modeling
  • Support client territory alignment, sizing, roster management, hierarchy analyses, and sales force effectiveness (SFE) engagements including field sizing, targeting, segmentation, and call planning optimization
  • Manage data quality, integrity, and reconciliation across client CRM, IC administration systems, and sales data warehouses; prepare and QA data feeds from common sales data sources (e.g., prescription/claims data, CRM data) used in client deliverables; and support internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX-related documentation reviews for client compensation processes
  • Serve as a working-level client contact for questions related to IC payout logic, crediting disputes, and sales performance reporting during engagements; coach and review the work of analysts and consultants on the case team; and contribute to proposal development, scoping discussions, and internal knowledge/asset development
