About the Role

We are seeking a Adobe Campaign Operations Lead to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own end-to-end execution of Email and SMS campaigns in ACC - workflow build, targeting/segmentation, scheduling, and post-send validation.
  • Manage campaign QA (seed testing, rendering, deliverability checks) and troubleshoot workflow/delivery errors.
  • Support ACC-to-AJO transition activities and oversee AJO journey execution as adoption grows.
  • Lead and mentor an onshore/offshore team - staffing, workload distribution, and capacity planning.
  • Define and enforce operational cadences: SLAs, escalation paths, campaign calendars, and SOPs.
  • Drive governance around consent, suppression lists, and compliance for regulated communications.
  • Track operational KPIs (delivery accuracy, turnaround time, SLA compliance) and report to stakeholders.
  • Act as primary client point of contact for campaign execution status and escalations.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) for Email and SMS delivery.
  • Proven track record leading a team in a campaign operations/MarTech delivery setting.
  • Solid grasp of deliverability fundamentals, suppression logic, and consent/compliance basics.
  • Experience with campaign QA - seed testing, rendering checks, list hygiene.
  • Comfort working within SLA-driven delivery models and operational reporting.
  • Strong client-facing communication and escalation-handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of AJO (or demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly).

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
