About the role
As a Program Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting key business operations through data analysis, reporting, customer support, and process coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
You will be a valued member of the operations team and work closely with internal stakeholders, support teams, and business partners to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will:
Provide operational and technical support to internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate, maintain, and analyze reports to support business operations, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
Review and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
Manage enrollment-related reports and activities while maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely processing.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform data entry, documentation management, and tracking of operational metrics and activities.
Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges, recommend solutions, and support business goals.
Assist in monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for leadership and operational teams.
What you need to have to be considered
Experience in customer service, data entry, help desk support, operations, or a related business support role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage, review, and analyze data.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience generating reports and performing basic to intermediate data analysis.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members in a remote environment.
These will help you stand out
Experience working with enrollment processes, operational reporting, or business support functions.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and data manipulation.
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and best practices.
Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Work Model
This is a fully remote, part-time position. Associates will work remotely while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational activities and business objectives.
