  • Design the target-state endpoint management architecture leveraging Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Configure and manage SCCM-Intune Co-management and oversee the transition of endpoint management workloads from SCCM to Intune.
  • Lead the migration of device configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, applications, scripts, software updates, and endpoint security controls to Intune.
  • Implement Microsoft Entra ID Join/Hybrid Join and Windows Autopilot solutions to support modern device provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Perform application compatibility assessments and develop remediation strategies for applications requiring modernization or repackaging.
  • Plan and execute pilot deployments, migration waves, and phased device migrations while minimizing business disruption and operational risk.
  • Establish migration governance, standards, risk management processes, and success metrics to support enterprise migration objectives.
  • Develop KPI reporting, migration dashboards, and executive-level status reporting to track migration progress, compliance, risks, and operational readiness.
  • Create architecture documentation, solution designs, runbooks, SOPs, migration procedures, rollback plans, and operational handover materials.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Azure, Network, Service Desk, Desktop Engineering, and Application teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Lead knowledge transfer, post-migration hypercare, operational stabilization, and transition activities for support teams.
