Job Summary
The TL-Investment Banking role requires an experienced professional with 8 to 12 years of expertise in brokerage fees reconciliation trade validation and OTC brokerage fees payables and receivables. The candidate will work from home offering support preferably for UK shift with occasional travel to meet teams if required. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee brokerage fees reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Validate trades meticulously to prevent errors and ensure seamless transaction processing
- Handle OTC brokerage fees payables efficiently to maintain financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Utilize MS PowerPoint to create impactful presentations that communicate complex financial data effectively
- Employ MS Excel for detailed analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all financial operations
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize brokerage fee structures and improve work allocation models
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and developments to anticipate changes and adjust strategies accordingly
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry advancements
Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in brokerage fees reconciliation and trade validation processes
- Possess advanced skills in MS PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Excel for comprehensive data analysis and reporting
- Have a strong understanding of OTC brokerage fees payables and exceptions
- Show ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities
- Display excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams
- Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
Certifications Required
Preferably Certified Investment Banking Professional Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel and PowerPoint
