Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java Kotlin and Spring Boot to meet business requirements. - Oversee the integration of various components using SLF4J Lombok and Gradle to ensure seamless functionality. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design patterns that enhance system scalability and maintainability. - Develop and maintain efficient build processes using Maven and Gradle to streamline project delivery. - Ensure code quality and reliability through rigorous testing using JUnit5 and other testing frameworks. - Implement and manage version control systems using GIT to maintain code integrity and facilitate collaboration. - Utilize YAML and JSON for configuration management and data interchange between systems. - Apply expertise in JDBC and XML to facilitate data access and manipulation across various platforms. - Optimize application performance and security by leveraging the Spring Framework and Linux environment. - Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and incorporating them into project strategies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards to deliver high-quality software products. -Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in Java Kotlin and Spring Boot for developing scalable applications. - Demonstrate proficiency in using Lombok SLF4J and Gradle for efficient software development. - Have a strong understanding of design patterns and their application in software architecture. - Exhibit expertise in using Maven and JUnit5 for build and testing processes. - Show proficiency in version control with GIT and configuration management using YAML and JSON. - Have a solid understanding of JDBC XML and Linux for data management and application deployment. 9.
