00068394761

Location: Poland / Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a Mid‑Level QA Engineer with strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience in system testing, simulation analysis, Python, and SQL. In this role, you will work on validating complex autonomous‑system behaviors through large‑scale software simulations. You will triage failures, analyze system behavior, and ensure that test processes follow industry best practices and internal quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams, use in‑house tools to review simulation outputs, and contribute to continuous improvements in testing workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute system‑level software tests and simulation scenarios aligned with autonomous‑vehicle best practices, parameters, and safety criteria.
  • Perform defect triage, analyze failing simulations, identify root causes, and document results in clear, structured, and programmatic reports.
  • Create detailed test descriptions, diagrams, and documentation for new and existing requirements.
  • Use internal tools to review simulation results, validate expected behavior, and determine whether failures are acceptable or require escalation.
  • Write and maintain Python scripts to support testing workflows, automation, and data validation.
  • Use SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from dashboards and test datasets.
  • Ensure dashboards and reporting tools reflect the latest release data and remain accurate.
  • Continuously improve testing workflows, automation coverage, and triage efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with testing standards, quality expectations, and release timelines.

Must‑Have Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience in QA Engineering, System Testing, or similar roles.
  • Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SQL for querying and validating test data.
  • Experience with system testing, simulation‑based testing, or large‑scale scenario validation.
  • Ability to perform defect triage, analyze failures, and produce clear, accurate reports.
  • Experience creating test documentation, diagrams, and requirement‑based test descriptions.
  • Ability to work with internal tools to review simulation outputs and document exceptions.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, iterative engineering environment.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Commercial experience in the automotive or autonomous systems testing domain.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent QA credentials.
  • US driving experience, supporting better understanding of real‑world driving behavior and test scenarios.
  • Experience with simulation frameworks, robotics, or sensor‑based systems.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on cutting‑edge simulation and system‑level testing for next‑generation autonomous technologies.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled engineers in a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.
  • Opportunities to grow into automation, tooling, or domain‑specific expertise.
  • A culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
