Reltio MDM Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with 8+ years of experience to design and implement cutting-edge solutions in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain using Reltio MDM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Reltio Integration Hub, MDM Architecture, and Reltio MDM, and will work with Client and Cognizant team with a focus on delivering impactful results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient MDM solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain to meet business objectives.
- Define end-to-end Reltio architecture (L3/L4 data models) for Customer, Product, and/or Account domains.
- Configure match/merge rules, survivorship logic, trust scores, and data stewardship workflows.
- Architect real-time (API-based/Kafka) and batch integrations with systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, and ERPs.
- Establish data quality rules, KPIs, and security frameworks within Reltio.
- Guide development teams, establish best practices, mentor junior members, help Customers/users to get familiar with Reltio UI and create technical design documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints for Reltio MDM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise in integrating Reltio MDM with other enterprise systems using Reltio Integration Hub.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing MDM systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless data governance and data quality management processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business impact.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in MDM technologies and apply them to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Document all architectural designs, processes, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging MDM solutions to drive business growth.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience: 12+ years in MDM, with at least 3-5+ years hands-on experience specifically with the Reltio platform.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Reltio APIs, JSON, Data Modelling, NoSQL, and Java.
- Tools: Proficiency in Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Reltio Console, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000 - $ 145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
