Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python3 and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Python3 to automate test scripts and streamline testing processes.
  • Perform functional regression and integration testing to validate system performance.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them during the testing phase.
  • Maintain and update testing documentation to reflect changes in software and processes.
  • Monitor and track defects using appropriate tools ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance the overall testing strategy and approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the companys goal of delivering reliable and efficient software solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Python3 for scripting and automation tasks.
  • Showcase a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively.
  • Exhibit familiarity with testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing processes.
  • Highlight experience in the automotive industry as a valuable domain skill.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • Bring a detail-oriented approach to ensure thorough testing and accurate reporting.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts.
