Job Summary
The Sr. Developer role focuses on designing developing and maintaining solutions using QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The position requires 3 to 6 years of experience and offers a hybrid work model with day shifts. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable solutions using QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements analyze needs and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Provide technical expertise in creating and maintaining templates workflows and configurations within Quadient Inspire Interactive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Quadient Inspire applications to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Optimize existing systems and processes to improve performance reliability and scalability of solutions.
- Conduct regular testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure compliance with quality standards and business expectations.
- Document technical specifications workflows and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Quadient Inspire technologies and incorporate them into development processes where applicable.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on the effective use of Quadient Inspire tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to deadlines and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire with hands-on experience in developing solutions.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Exhibit attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Display adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools as required.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Experience in hybrid work environments and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with document composition and customer communication management systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for Quadient Inspire applications is desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain documentation and track project progress effectively.
