Job Summary
Contribute to brand protection and platform integrity by supporting content strategy activities for a global client within a rotational shift office environment. Use MS Excel to analyze platform data document patterns and track content quality outcomes while collaborating with cross functional teams. Help ensure safe compliant and engaging experiences for users across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze platform content against documented brand safety guidelines to help protect client reputation and ensure a trustworthy user environment on an ongoing basis.
- Perform structured data checks in MS Excel to validate content review logs identify anomalies or gaps and support accurate performance reporting for stakeholders.
- Maintain clearly organized tracking sheets in MS Excel to record content decisions highlight recurring issues and support continuous refinement of content strategy playbooks.
- Evaluate user generated submissions to confirm alignment with content strategy principles while escalating edge cases based on defined rules and evidence captured in work trackers.
- Collaborate with content strategy and operations teams to clarify review criteria share observed trends and support timely updates to review workflows or guidance documents.
- Document detailed review outcomes and rationales in internal tools so that quality reviewers trainers and client contacts can understand context and decisions with transparency.
- Assist in preparing recurring operational reports using MS Excel by consolidating review metrics creating basic charts and summarizing observations for process improvement.
- Follow rotational shift schedules with a consistent focus on accuracy and responsiveness so that platform users experience safe and appropriate content at all times of the day.
- Adhere to defined productivity and quality targets while seeking feedback from senior team members to steadily improve judgment and efficiency in content assessments.
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English with team members to resolve clarifications document complex scenarios and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions.
- Support internal audits and quality checks by providing well structured Excel files sample cases and explanatory notes that help verify adherence to policy and process.
- Identify early signals of emerging content risks through pattern recognition and promptly notify designated contacts so that mitigation actions can be taken quickly.
- Contribute to a culture of responsible digital engagement by ensuring that content decisions prioritize user safety regulatory compliance and long term trust in the platform.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Excel including filters sorting basic formulas and data validation techniques to manage large review logs with accuracy.
- Exhibit strong foundational understanding of digital content strategy concepts such as audience relevance tone consistency and risk sensitivity in online environments.
- Apply careful reading and comprehension skills in English to interpret policy documents training material and nuanced content scenarios during daily review tasks.
- Show capacity to work in rotational shifts from office with sustained concentration time management and adherence to team schedules and process requirements.
- Display openness to learning advanced Excel capabilities over time such as pivot tables or conditional formatting to enhance monitoring and reporting of brand safety metrics.
