Job Summary
This hybrid role is for a functional architect with seven to ten years of experience who specializes in o9 supply chain master planning o9 supply chain analytics o9 MEIO and Python within make to stock and configure to order models in the high tech domain delivering resilient and data driven planning solutions for a global multinational company.
Responsibilities
Design end to end supply chain planning solutions in o9 platforms that optimize inventory service levels and capacity for make to stock and configure to order operations in the high tech domainTranslate complex business needs from supply chain planners and domain experts into detailed o9 functional designs that can be implemented by technical teams without ambiguityConfigure o9 supply chain master planning modules to support demand planning supply planning and scenario planning that align with enterprise planning cycles and decision forumsDevelop functional designs and validation rules for o9 supply chain analytics that provide clear performance dashboards alerts and insights to planners and executivesApply o9 MEIO capabilities to define multi echelon inventory strategies that balance working capital service risk and supply uncertainty across global networksUse Python to prototype analytical models perform data validation and create reference calculators that support complex planning logic and what if analysis within o9 solutionsCollaborate with data engineering teams to define data requirements mapping rules and quality checks that ensure the integrity of demand supply and inventory data used by o9 applicationsPartner with business stakeholders to design planning calendars control towers and exception workflows that improve planner productivity and decision accuracy in day to day operationsConduct functional testing user acceptance testing and regression testing for o9 use cases to ensure that new releases and enhancements maintain stability and expected business outcomesDocument solution designs process flows and user guides in clear and structured formats that help planners adopt new capabilities and reduce dependency on support teamsProvide hypercare and ongoing functional support for o9 platforms by monitoring issues prioritizing fixes and fine tuning configurations to improve solution performance over timeCoordinate with cross functional teams from procurement manufacturing logistics and finance to ensure that o9 planning outputs are actionable and align with enterprise objectivesAdvise stakeholders on best practices in digital supply chain planning scenario modeling and analytics adoption so that technology investments deliver measurable value and societal impact through resilient product availability
Qualifications
Possess seven to ten years of experience in supply chain planning solutions with a primary focus on functional architecture and design in enterprise scale environmentsDemonstrate strong hands on expertise in o9 supply chain master planning including configuration scenario design and integration with upstream and downstream systemsBring practical experience in o9 supply chain analytics with the ability to define key metrics design dashboards and guide users on interpreting insights for daily decisionsShow proven knowledge of o9 MEIO concepts such as safety stock modeling service level targeting and multi echelon policies that support high tech product portfoliosHold solid proficiency in Python for data analysis prototyping algorithms and supporting complex planning logic that complements o9 platform capabilitiesExhibit deep domain understanding of make to stock and configure to order models in the high tech industry including product lifecycles lead times and configuration complexityDisplay strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with planners engineers and managers in hybrid work arrangements across global teamsWork comfortably in a hybrid work model that balances remote collaboration with onsite workshops while supporting day shift schedules and minimal travel requirements
