Location - Pan India
Job Summary
Architect role in a multinational company focused on designing and optimizing Aprimo platforms across MRM and DAM capabilities for enterprise marketing operations. The architect will define solution patterns guide integration strategies and ensure scalable configurations that align with compliance needs while working in a hybrid and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design end to end Aprimo solution architectures that align with enterprise marketing strategies and ensure consistent delivery across all business units.
- Configure Aprimo MRM modules to optimize planning budgeting and workflow orchestration so that marketing operations gain clear visibility and control.
- Configure Aprimo DAM capabilities to streamline asset intake metadata modeling and governance processes that improve asset discoverability and reuse.
- Design integration patterns between Aprimo and upstream or downstream systems such as CRM ERP and analytics platforms to enable seamless data flow and reporting.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to translate complex marketing and compliance requirements into detailed Aprimo configuration blueprints and solution documents.
- Analyze existing Aprimo implementations to identify performance bottlenecks and design improvements that enhance stability scalability and user experience.
- Define governance guidelines for Aprimo configuration standards naming conventions and usage policies so that global teams follow consistent practices.
- Review data models taxonomies and metadata structures within Aprimo MRM and DAM to ensure accurate reporting data quality and future extensibility.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to embed compliance management concepts into Aprimo workflows and approvals reducing regulatory exposure for the organization.
- Guide development and integration teams by providing detailed interface specifications mapping documents and solution use cases that reduce implementation rework.
- Conduct design and configuration walkthroughs with operations and support teams to ensure knowledge transfer and readiness for ongoing platform administration.
- Monitor platform usage metrics and user feedback to propose continuous improvement initiatives that increase adoption and value realization from Aprimo capabilities.
- Prepare solution documentation architecture diagrams and configuration runbooks that support audit readiness and long term maintainability of the platform.
Qualifications
- Provide expert level hands on experience in Aprimo MRM configuration covering planning budgeting workflows approvals and audit ready tracking.
- Provide advanced skills in Aprimo DAM configuration including asset ingestion metadata design taxonomies and rights management in large enterprise contexts.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Aprimo integration patterns using APIs and connectors to link with CRM marketing automation ERP and analytics solutions.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of compliance management concepts such as approvals retention and controlled access applied within marketing processes.
- Exhibit solid experience working as an architect or senior consultant with ten to fourteen years in enterprise scale digital marketing or content platforms.
- Exhibit the ability to work in a hybrid model and coordinate effectively with distributed teams across time zones using structured communication practices.
- Show capability to create clear design documentation configuration guides and operational playbooks that can be followed by implementation and support teams.
- Show strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues across configuration integrations and data quality scenarios in Aprimo.
- Display familiarity with project delivery methods related to marketing technology transformations including iterative release approaches and stakeholder engagement.
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications in Aprimo platform and digital asset management programs.
