About the role
As a Program Manager (Quality Engineering / Testing), you will make an impact by driving end-to-end quality engineering strategy and execution across large-scale programs. You will be a valued member of the delivery leadership team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, including QA teams, product owners, engineering, and client leadership, to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
In this role, you will:
Define and implement the overall test strategy, including scope, approach, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based prioritization
Develop accurate test estimates and schedules, aligning sprint and release timelines while managing dependencies
Track and report quality metrics, providing clear insights and updates to stakeholders and leadership
Identify and mitigate testing risks, including coverage gaps, environment issues, and resource constraints
Lead release readiness and quality gates, owning go/no-go decisions based on defined criteria
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and best practices across the program

What you need to have to be considered
Proven experience in program management, leading large and complex initiatives
Strong expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with Facets platform and BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) models
Ability to manage large-scale programs, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
Solid understanding of quality engineering frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Experience working with or exposure to Generative AI concepts and applications

Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies in high-impact programs
Experience driving quality transformation initiatives
Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills
