Job Summary
We are looking offshore PE resource with Good communication skills and focused on accurate financial data handling and streamlined documentation using MS Excel and MS Office. Contribute to efficient billing and collections activities support quality audits and collaborate in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts ensuring timely and compliant outcomes for clients and patients.
Responsibilities
Execute routine revenue cycle activities such as data entry validation reconciliation Good communication skills using MS Excel to ensure precise financial records and support accurate client billingProcess patient and client billing information in line with defined life sciences procedures while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to organizational standardsTrack and update account status in structured Excel templates to support timely follow up on pending items and reduce revenue leakage for client organizationsReview source documents emails and transaction logs using MS Office tools to identify discrepancies and escalate issues to senior team members for resolutionMaintain organized digital documentation of work items in shared folders and trackers so that audits compliance checks and client reviews can be performed efficientlyPrepare simple daily and weekly reports in Excel and Word that summarize volumes error trends and key observations to help team leads drive process improvementsCommunicate clearly with internal stakeholders through email and chat to obtain missing information and provide status updates within agreed service levelsAdhere to rotational shift schedules and hybrid work instructions while consistently meeting productivity and quality targets defined for revenue cycle processesFollow standardized operating procedures and checklists to complete assigned tasks with minimal rework and to support consistent service delivery for global clientsSupport quality review activities by promptly correcting identified errors and documenting learnings in team trackers to prevent recurrence of similar issuesAssist in process improvement initiatives by sharing observations related to repetitive errors or delays and by updating Excel based trackers as directedComply with all data privacy information security and regulatory requirements relevant to life sciences revenue cycle operations to protect sensitive informationParticipate in team trainings and calibration sessions to strengthen domain understanding and enhance skills in MS Excel and MS Office for better task execution
Qualifications
Demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel including use of formulas sorting filtering and data validation to manage structured revenue cycle data setsDemonstrate practical experience using MS Office applications such as Word PowerPoint and Outlook to prepare documents presentations and professional communicationsPossess a foundational understanding of finance or healthcare administration concepts gained through education internships or projects that relate to billing or record managementDisplay strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy to minimize errors in financial entries and documentation that impact client billing outcomesExhibit effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for collaborating with diverse teams and documenting information in a clear structured mannerShow willingness to work in rotational shifts within a hybrid work model while maintaining reliability punctuality and adherence to assigned schedulesShow aptitude for learning standard operating procedures quickly and applying feedback constructively to improve performance in a fast paced delivery environmentDemonstrate basic analytical thinking to interpret simple data patterns in Excel reports and to support issue identification and escalation when anomalies appear
