Job Summary
Serve as a senior software engineer contributing to the design development testing and optimization of secure resilient and scalable enterprise applications built with dot Net Python ASP Net Core ASP NET MVC JavaScript and SQL Server while leveraging Azure services to deliver high quality hybrid solutions that streamline business processes and create long term value for clients in a dynamic global environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using dot Net C Sharp ASP Net Core ASP NET MVC and dot Net Framework to support critical business workflows with high reliability and performance.
- Build and maintain robust server side components in Python and Python three that integrate cleanly with existing services and data sources to enable consistent behavior across environments.
- Create efficient data access layers using SQL Server and SQL to optimize query performance ensure reliable transactions and support analytics needs for complex business reporting.
- Implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces with JavaScript and related libraries to deliver seamless experiences that align with accessibility and usability standards.
- Integrate applications with Azure platform services including web apps storage and identity features to enhance scalability security and operational efficiency for hybrid deployments.
- Write comprehensive unit tests integration tests and regression tests to maintain high code quality and reduce defects across multiple release cycles for all assigned modules.
- Collaborate with product owners business analysts and quality specialists to clarify requirements refine user stories and translate business needs into detailed technical solutions.
- Refactor and optimize existing code bases to improve maintainability reduce technical debt and support long term evolution of the technology stack in line with enterprise standards.
- Apply secure coding practices input validation and robust error handling to safeguard sensitive data support regulatory compliance and minimize security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions to promote consistent engineering practices encourage reuse and support continuous skills growth across the team.
- Investigate production issues using logs metrics and diagnostics to identify root causes quickly propose targeted fixes and prevent recurrence through systematic improvements.
- Contribute to release planning estimation and sprint commitments by providing accurate technical inputs that help balance scope risk and delivery timelines.
- Document application designs data flows and configuration details clearly so that other engineers and stakeholders can support extend and operate the solutions effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders from potential mortgage loan or financial services domains when applicable to understand business rules translate them into system logic and design features that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Combine six to eight years of hands on software engineering experience with deep practical knowledge of dot Net C Sharp and dot Net Framework to build and maintain complex enterprise systems.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in ASP Net Core and ASP NET MVC for creating secure modular and testable web applications that can evolve with changing business requirements.
- Show proven proficiency with Python and Python three for developing services utilities and automation scripts that complement core applications and streamline engineering workflows.
- Exhibit advanced skills in SQL Server and SQL including query tuning indexing and stored procedure development to support transactional workloads and analytical reporting.
- Use Azure platform services confidently for deploying monitoring and scaling applications in a hybrid model while following best practices in security resilience and cost optimization.
- Apply solid front end development capabilities in JavaScript to build interactive client side functionality that integrates well with server side frameworks and APIs.
- Draw on any prior exposure to mortgage loan or related financial services domains as a helpful asset to understand domain specific requirements risk controls and customer expectations.
- Operate effectively within a hybrid work model by using collaboration tools clear written communication and proactive coordination to maintain productivity and alignment with global teams.
