Responsibilities : -Collaborate with cross functional product and engineering teams to integrate payments product capabilities into existing enterprise platforms in a predictable and transparent manner that supports long term scalability and customer satisfaction. -Coordinate end to end integration activities for payments product features by aligning technical requirements timelines and quality expectations to ensure that releases are delivered smoothly in a hybrid work environment. -Analyze complex payment flows across authorization clearing and settlement stages to identify integration gaps and propose precise configuration changes that improve straight through processing and reduce operational risk. -Document integration designs mapping specifications and deployment runbooks for payments products in a clear and reusable format that supports ongoing maintenance and efficient onboarding of new team members. -Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate payments product requirements into actionable integration stories ensuring that functionality aligns with regulatory standards and client contractual commitments. -Validate integrated payments product components through systematic functional regression and user acceptance testing to confirm that transaction accuracy performance and resiliency targets are consistently met. -Investigate production incidents related to payments product integrations by performing structured root cause analysis and coordinating targeted fixes that minimize downtime and protect transaction integrity. -Optimize configuration of payments gateways and related interfaces to improve response times authorization approval rates and overall customer experience without compromising security or compliance obligations. -Coordinate with external partners and vendors involved in payments connectivity to align interface specifications certification milestones and cutover plans for reliable launch of integrations without requiring travel. -Monitor daily processing of integrated payments workflows by reviewing dashboards alerts and exception queues to identify trends and initiate remediation actions that stabilize operations during day shifts. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from clients and internal teams and then refining payments product integration patterns that advance the company purpose of enabling inclusive digital commerce. -Support knowledge transfer through structured walkthroughs and documentation updates so that global teams can efficiently support and extend payments integrations across diverse markets and client segments. -Ensure that all integration activities for payments products comply with information security policies data privacy regulations and audit requirements to safeguard sensitive financial data and uphold societal trust in digital payments. -Qualifications -Demonstrate three to seven years of hands on experience working with payments product platforms including exposure to transaction processing payment gateways and related integration patterns within enterprise environments. -Exhibit strong understanding of core payments concepts such as authorization clearing settlement chargebacks and reconciliation with emphasis on how these processes influence integration design and system configuration. -Apply practical knowledge of cards and payments domain including card schemes merchant acquiring and alternative payment methods to craft integration approaches that support diverse customer needs when such experience is available. -Utilize solid skills in analyzing technical interface specifications message formats and application logs to troubleshoot integration issues and communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. -Operate effectively in a hybrid work model by managing time communication and collaboration tools to maintain productivity and transparency across remote and office based teams without relying on travel. -Show capability to create precise documentation including sequence diagrams configuration references and test cases so that integrations for payments products remain understandable maintainable and auditable. -Maintain familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to payments such as data protection norms and card network requirements to ensure that integration approaches support compliant and resilient solutions. 9.
