Job Summary

Serve as a technology architect with responsibility for designing implementing and optimizing secure and scalable solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure using Generative AI and Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud while ensuring seamless integration with BASE24 eps payment platforms in a hybrid work model and delivering resilient day shift services that support critical enterprise payment processing.


Responsibilities

  • Design robust cloud native solution architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure that align with organizational strategies and ensure scalable and resilient payment processing platforms supporting BASE24 eps environments.
  • Develop detailed high level and low level designs using Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud and OCI Cloud Compute Service to meet stringent performance and reliability expectations for mission critical financial systems.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate provisioning of OCI resources and reduce configuration drift while improving deployment consistency across multiple environments.
  • Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud Administration components including networking storage monitoring and backup capabilities to support secure and compliant operational processes.
  • Administer Oracle Cloud Identity Services to enforce strong access controls role based entitlements and identity lifecycle management that protect sensitive payment and customer data.
  • Engineer and integrate Generative AI solutions that enhance operational analytics automate routine engineering tasks and provide intelligent insights for capacity planning and incident prevention.
  • Collaborate with BASE24 eps application teams to design interfaces data flows and deployment models that ensure secure low latency transaction processing across cloud and on premises ecosystems.
  • Coordinate hybrid deployment strategies that connect OCI Cloud Compute Service workloads with existing data centers while maintaining reliability observability and clear operational runbooks.
  • Conduct performance benchmarking and tuning activities on Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud and related application components to achieve predictable throughput and latency for payment workloads.
  • Establish monitoring alerting and incident response procedures using Oracle Cloud native tools to detect anomalies early and support consistent day shift operations in the hybrid work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive architecture diagrams standards and technical documentation that guide future enhancements and support long term platform sustainability.
  • Partner with security compliance and risk stakeholders to embed regulatory controls data protection practices and audit ready evidence into all Oracle Cloud and payment platform designs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing production incidents identifying root causes and translating findings into architectural enhancements and automation opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong hands on experience in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions that address practical engineering and operational use cases in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise with Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud including configuration performance tuning backup strategies and integration with application and analytics workloads.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency with Terraform for modeling reusable infrastructure as code modules and managing lifecycle operations for OCI resources across multiple environments.
  • Show solid experience in configuring and managing OCI Cloud Compute Service including sizing high availability setup and integration with storage networking and identity components.
  • Bring proven skills in Oracle Cloud Administration covering monitoring cost optimization policy management and environment standardization for large scale cloud estates.
  • Display strong competency with Oracle Cloud Identity Services including identity governance federation single sign on and fine grained access management for sensitive workloads.
  • Offer substantial domain experience working with BASE24 eps solutions including understanding of payment message flows configurations settlement processes and operational considerations.
  • Apply sound knowledge of hybrid cloud patterns networking fundamentals and secure connectivity models that link on premises systems with OCI in support of payment platforms.
  • Utilize effective communication problem solving and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams while working comfortably in a hybrid day shift model.


Certifications Required

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional or Oracle Autonomous Database Specialist or equivalent cloud architect certification relevant to Oracle technologies.
