Job Summary : This hybrid Infra Architect role focuses on designing and optimizing enterprise scale solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM ITAM ITOM NowAssist and Virtual Agent Agentic AI Automation Integration Visual Basic RPA Integrations. The architect will translate complex infrastructure and workflow needs into resilient secure and automated ServiceNow implementations that elevate service reliability operational efficiency and business value for global stakeholders. 3. Responsibilities : -Design robust ServiceNow platform architectures that align with enterprise infrastructure standards while ensuring scalability resilience and maintainability for global operations. -Develop detailed solution designs across ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM modules that streamline incident problem change asset and operations processes and improve service quality. -Configure and optimize ServiceNow RPA workflows that automate repetitive infrastructure tasks reduce manual effort and increase operational consistency across hybrid environments. -Create advanced ServiceNow integrations with monitoring identity and configuration tools using secure integration patterns that support reliable data flows and consistent service models. -Define and implement ServiceNow Agentic AI use cases that enhance decision support intelligent routing and proactive remediation while maintaining transparency and governance in automation. -Collaborate with infrastructure application and security teams to capture requirements and translate them into clear ServiceNow architecture blueprints and implementation roadmaps. -Perform platform health checks and capacity planning on ServiceNow foundation components to ensure optimal performance high availability and efficient utilization of infrastructure resources. -Establish configuration management and environment strategies for development test and production instances that support controlled releases and minimize operational risk. -Document architecture decisions data models integration patterns and automation designs in a clear and reusable manner that supports future enhancements and platform evolution. -Guide project teams on ServiceNow best practices for workflow design catalog services and operational dashboards that improve stakeholder visibility and enable data driven decisions. -Evaluate new ServiceNow features RPA capabilities and agentic AI enhancements then propose adoption roadmaps that align technology investment with organizational goals and societal impact. -Support incident and problem resolution for complex ServiceNow infrastructure or integration issues by performing systematic analysis and recommending sustainable corrective actions. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce service downtime enhance user experience and contribute to more efficient and environmentally conscious infrastructure operations. -Qualifications -Demonstrate strong hands on experience with core ServiceNow platform foundation features including tables flows service catalog and configuration management for complex environments. -Show deep practical expertise across ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM capabilities and apply this knowledge to design integrated solutions for service operations and asset lifecycles. -Apply proven skills in ServiceNow integration using APIs and connectors to connect monitoring ticketing identity and asset systems while maintaining secure and reliable data exchange. -Use ServiceNow RPA tools to design and maintain automation scenarios that handle infrastructure tasks with accuracy auditability and measurable efficiency gains. -Implement and tune ServiceNow Agentic AI functions to deliver intelligent recommendations automated workflows and contextual guidance that improve service outcomes. -Leverage experience in hybrid work environments to collaborate effectively with distributed teams using structured communication documentation and remote coordination practices. -Bring advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose platform integration and performance issues and apply methodical approaches to achieve stable operations. -Utilize knowledge of ITIL aligned service processes and infrastructure management to ensure that ServiceNow designs support standardized and sustainable service practices. 9.
