Job summary

The Sr Business Analyst will drive complex digital product initiatives for a global enterprise translating business needs into detailed requirements for mobile solutions built with Flutter and Android technologies. This hybrid role collaborates with cross functional teams to optimize user journeys enhance operational efficiency and deliver scalable features that support company growth and societal impact through improved access to digital services.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather analyze and refine detailed requirements for mobile applications developed using Flutter and Android ensuring each feature aligns with strategic business outcomes and user experience goals.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear functional specifications and user stories tailored for Flutter and Android engineering squads enabling efficient sprint planning and predictable delivery of high quality digital solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross functional teams to identify process gaps document current and future state workflows and define measurable success criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Flutter and Android developers to clarify requirements validate technical feasibility and adjust backlog priorities based on effort estimates risk assessments and changing business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process maps data flow diagrams acceptance criteria and release notes to ensure consistent understanding and traceability across global teams.
  • Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes on existing Flutter and Android applications assessing implications for performance scalability compliance and downstream business processes.
  • Support user acceptance testing by designing test scenarios coordinating business review sessions and validating that implemented solutions meet agreed requirements and deliver targeted business value.
  • Monitor production performance metrics and user behavior analytics for released mobile features identifying optimization opportunities and shaping continuous improvement backlogs for Flutter and Android products.
  • Collaborate with design and experience teams to refine mobile user journeys ensuring that business rules navigation flows and content structures support accessibility inclusiveness and intuitive interaction.
  • Communicate complex technical and business concepts in a clear narrative to senior stakeholders preparing concise status updates risk summaries and value realization reports for hybrid working environments.
  • Align day shift activities with global delivery timelines by coordinating sprint ceremonies dependency management and risk mitigation plans that support reliable and efficient execution across distributed teams.
  • Champion data driven decision making by defining key performance indicators for mobile initiatives tracking outcomes against baselines and recommending improvements that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Support organizational purpose by shaping mobile solutions that simplify access to services reduce friction in critical workflows and contribute to broader societal impact through inclusive digital experiences.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate six to nine years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent role within enterprise environments with consistent responsibility for end to end requirements management and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Exhibit strong hands on experience working with Flutter based mobile applications enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed assessment of feasibility constraints and effort.
  • Show solid exposure to Android development ecosystems and application lifecycle aspects allowing meaningful contribution to backlog refinement and validation of platform specific requirements.
  • Apply advanced skills in business process modeling documentation and analysis using modern tools to create clear artifacts that guide teams and reduce ambiguity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to collaborate with product managers architects designers and testers in hybrid work settings across diverse cultures.
  • Employ analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate complex data sets identify root causes of business issues and recommend practical solutions that enhance value for both the company and end users.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks used in mobile development contributing effectively to ceremonies such as backlog refinement sprint planning and retrospectives.
